Severely rotated teeth are very treatable with Invisalign orthodontic alignment. Straightening the teeth also improves gum tissue health, and in this patient improved her "bite". Internally bleaching her front tooth brought it up to the shade of her other teeth to give her a pretty smile.

The top front four teeth were altered slightly using minimal tooth reduction, the gum-line leveled slightly by laser, and Porcelain Veneers were adhered for improved tooth proportions and aesthetics.

Years of nocturnal tooth grinding, tooth drifting and discoloration prompted this patient to seek an aesthetic change. Porcelain veneers and crowns on his front and side teeth put "new enamel" over worn surfaces, which gives his teeth longevity and also looks much more pleasing in the frame of his smile

Dental crowding leads to an increased incidence of gum disease and tooth decay. Clear Invisalign aligners, worn all day and night and switched every two weeks, gradually straighten crowded teeth into a healthy teeth alignment (“bite”), even when the crowding is severe as it is in this case. Teeth whitening gel may also be placed inside the aligners at any time to lighten the tooth color.

This patient was serious about improving the look of his smile, and he followed through to wear all of his Invisalign aligners (with some whitening gel in them occasionally), as well as a resin bonding procedure on two of his front teeth to make them the proper size for optimal esthetics and function. This resin bonding was very conservative in that it did not involve any drilling on the actual teeth.

With a permanent residence in another state, this patient wanted a one-visit restoration of his front teeth. Decades with a bad bite and tooth grinding had worn them down and discolored them, but conservative resin bonding over the surface of the top front teeth gave this man everything he was hoping for.

This patient's lower front tooth kept chipping due to an overly tight bite, which finally prompted her to use Invisalign to correct significant tooth crowding and the bite. Then the side front and lower middle teeth were bonded over with composite resin to restore chipped edges and widen them to ideal proportions. No more tooth fractures!
